Shipping policy
We make every effort to package, label and ship in a timely manner using services known to reach each of our customers' given addresses. In the event a shipper cannot reach you, or a product is lost during shipping, we will make a claim and send another item. Deliveries that are "left at address" without signature and/or photo cannot be claimed for refunds. As with any shipment, please make a prudent delivery arrangement that prevents theft, loss or damage.
